kwiff might ask you for documentation at various stages in your time playing with us to comply with licence requirements set by the UK Gambling Commission.
To avoid delays when submitting documentation we have listed what we need to accept your documents:
- All documents must be a clear picture or PDF;
- The document must be the original document/PDF;
- Scanned IDs are not accepted;
- Documents that are edited or redacted will not be accepted;
- Documents must include all corners;
- All proof of ID documents must be signed (where required);
- Documents must contain an issue date (not older than 3 months for proof of address);
- Show company letterhead/logo;
- Documents must include the account holder's personal details;
- Screenshots taken from online banking apps or from a screen are not accepted;
- Debit cards must be sent with middle numbers masked, first 6 digits and last 4 digits showing.
Please make sure that submitted documents are a high quality picture/scan which can be resized without being blurry. We suggest to test this prior to sending the information through to us.
