kwiff automatically tries to verify the age and identity of each player prior to allowing you to use our services. This does not affect a customer’s credit score but will leave a record of the check.
This is a regulatory requirement of our licensing conditions under the UK Gambling Commission and helps us to prevent underage gambling, protect vulnerable customers and keep gambling crime free.
Where we are unable to do so, customers are required to provide documentation in form of the below documents to complete the verification process manually.
Proof of Identity (must be a valid photographic ID)
- UK/International Passport - Full page (including MRZ code)
- UK Driving Licence (Front and Back)
- Military ID Card
- UK Citizen Card - We can not accept the Application Registration Cards from the Home Office for individuals claiming asylum.
Note: On some occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID.
Address Verification (no older than 3 months)
- Utility Bills i.e water, gas, electricity or landline phone bill
- Tax Revenue Letters
- Council Tax Bills
- Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement
- Government Letters
Submitted documents must be a clear scan/copy/PDF including all corners, contain the issued date, company letterhead/logo and the account holder's personal details. Redacted statements, screenshots taken from mobile apps or from a screen are not accepted.
