Payment Method Validation

Where we need to verify your payment method, for example if you wish to remove and/or add a new payment method, we will notify you with details of what and how you can securely submit the required information.

Debit Card:

A clear picture of both sides (front & rear) of the card showing the expiration date, the name of the owner, the first 6 & last 4 numbers of the card.

All the edges of the card must be visible and must not be cut. The rear side must be signed by the card owner only in case we don't have the customer's signature on his identification document. 

In cases where you no longer possess the card we would require a bank statement linked to the card.
