Setting Loss Limits

The loss limit facility allows you to set limits on the maximum amount you can lose in your kwiff account over periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

We calculate loss based on your deposits minus your withdrawals. Once you have reached your limit, you can no longer deposit. The limit will reset over time or if you make a withdrawal.

When you set up the loss limits for the first time, the limit takes effect immediately. These amounts can be reduced at any time and will be implemented immediately. An increase in your loss limits will be implemented 24 hours after the request is made. You are required to confirm any limit once the 24 hours have passed and before the increased limit is implemented.

You can set your deposit limits either when registering your or if you are an existing customer by going to "My Account" "Staying in Control".

All accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure that our customers play safely and this can mean that we must apply financial limits or restrictions throughout your time with kwiff, these limits are based on requirements from the UK Gambling Commission that can be found here.
